Pearson Toronto Airport Pickups

Toronto Pearson Airport Pickups for $124.99 or if you require a van $144.99 MUST be pre-booked and pre-paid at least 4 hours in advance please. You cannot book a Toronto Pearson airport pickup with our app. Please fill out the form, we only take bookings that come through this website portal.

If you request airport pickup service and you are dropped off outside of Kitchener, Waterloo there will be an extra charge based on location for your pick-up. Please call and ask Dispatch what the extra cost is for your area – Tel: 519-888-9999,  there is a link below to prices.

Child Car Seat or Booster Seat Requirement: By law, passengers with children under 8 years old must provide their own car seat or booster seat for all out-of-town trips. Please note that we cannot service the call without a car seat or booster seat for children under 8 years old. If we arrive at the airport and the child does not have a car seat or booster seat, we will be unable to provide the service, and your reservation will be forfeited at full cost. However, for an additional $30, we can pick up/drop off a car seat or booster seat to/from an address within the Kitchener/Waterloo city limits. Please inform us in advance if you would like to arrange this service.

We need 4 hours notice to arrange a car for you. We strive to ensure service in a timely manner and this time frame allows us to assign your pick-up to a car and driver that is ready as well as follow the weather and watch for cancellations or delays in your flight.

The $135 fee includes the 120.00 for our special Pearson airport rate, $15 that our drivers have to pay to use the taxi compound which is mandatory for all cars that don’t pay a Toronto licensing fee and $15 to cover some time for the driver that will be waiting at the taxi compound listening for a page. If there is much extra time involved due to a customs or other issue there may be an additional fee for waiting. These prices include tax.

Customers need to go to the Prearranged Services booth inside the terminal. They need to provide their names and the name of our taxi company, United Taxi. Agent at the Prearranged Services booth will notify a United Taxi vehicle that is waiting at the “Compound” lot. There are two designated pick up locations: TERMINAL 1 (ARRIVALS) PILLAR A and TERMINAL 3 (ARRIVALS) PILLAR 7. You must fill out the form provided.

Terms And Conditions

The customer will request a taxi at a "compound" lot at a specific time, usually 1 hour after the landing. If a driver is at the compound for 30 minutes and there is no sign of the customer, the driver needs to contact the United Taxi office. Our dispatching office will try to reach the customer. If the customer doesn’t respond, the staff will instruct the driver to do a No Show. Our driver will be eligible to do a No Show after being at the compound lot 30 minutes past due time (compound time). The driver will get the full amount of at least $135.00. If the customer responds and requests for the driver to wait, the driver will charge the customer $40.00 per hour. If the trip was prepaid by credit/debit; it cannot be charged by the office, it must be charged when the customer arrives in the vehicle. If by any chance customer misses his/her flight and does not notify United Taxi office, and United Taxi vehicle is already in the compound, customer will be responsible for paying the full amount.

Please know that our dispatch office will monitor flight schedules to make sure your pick-up time is altered in the event of a delay. Please note, if there is any unnecessary delay on your part after the compound time this will be charged at $40.00 per hour.

The customer is responsible in providing the necessary information; Flight number, date, compound time, etc., the customer should ensure that the provided information is accurate. In the event that the destination is outside of the drop-off area purchased, customer is responsible for the residual charges applicable for the trip. This is to be paid in-car.
