Toronto Pearson Drop-Offs have a promotional rate until further notice, of $109.99 or $129.99 if van is required.

Our recommendation based on luggage is 2 people per vehicle, maybe 3 if you have smaller amounts of luggage, up to a maximum of 4 people depending on luggage.

If you request our airport drop-off service from outside of Kitchener or Waterloo, there will be an extra charge based on location for your pick-up. Please call and ask Dispatch what the extra cost is for your area – Tel: 519-888-9999.

Terms And Conditions

Child Car Seat or Booster Seat Requirement: By law, passengers with children under 8 years old must provide their own car seat or booster seat for all out-of-town trips. Please note that we cannot service the call without a car seat or booster seat for children under 8 years old. If we arrive at the airport and the child does not have a car seat or booster seat, we will be unable to provide the service, and your reservation will be forfeited at full cost. However, for an additional $30, we can pick up/drop off a car seat or booster seat to/from an address within the Kitchener/Waterloo city limits. Please inform us in advance if you would like to arrange this service.

The Airport Drop-off fee is for pickup within the Kitchener Waterloo area at one address, if you are outside of the area there will be an additional fee (See the out of town destinations PDF below) any additional pickups, family friends etc. will be an additional fee.

Once you submit this form and pay online, our office staff will process your booking request, notify and provide you with the booking confirmation.
